Nita Fashions will charge your credit card as soon as the order is placed; they reserve the right to refuse and cancel any order at their discretion. As our online store does not provide real time stock availability, there may be instances where fabrics may not be in stock and in these circumstances, they will suggest similar alternatives.
Typical delivery time is between 3-4 weeks and can be delayed up to 8 weeks dependent on the workload. Expedited delivery is available at an additional cost and there can still be a delay in the delivery time of up to 1 week for this.
You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours has elapsed, the order is submitted for processing.

Our clothing is 100% custom tailored and we have NO REFUND policy. If there is any error or alteration in the garment, we will fix or replace if necessary. Shipping and customs duties incurred are not refundable. We recommend that whilst returning clothes to be altered that you use a shipping carrier that provides tracking details.
